Terrible Support
So many issues with Coin.
I could never sync the card. I tried contacting support using the app which sends an email that has an auto responder telling you to use the website. I then went to the website which directed me to choose which issue I was have and then send an email. Well that email had an auto responder advising me to..... Wait for it.... Go visit the website for help. The FAQs are worthless.
I was fortunate that I purchased the coin card from Bloomindales online. I could return it for a full refund!
Hey Coin, you may want out source your support, they at least try.
